Since Bayursan being an exprienced well known crane manufacturing company of about 30 years in the field, especially designing the types and sizes of buildings and deciding the critical dimensions needed, will be very helpful to the customers in this projecting period.
However if your building is almost finished or already present no harm!, again Bayursan's technical staff check the critical dimensions mostly after conducting on-site consulting, providing advice on the features and benefits to the customers and then quote the best sensible options to choose. Bayursan gives you choices no excuses.
During Selling
Purchasing Options (saving money up to 25%):
Bayursan gives you alternatives for machines when selling.
- As complete products.
Bayursan gives complete products, according to their capacities and types, either as a complete product from the factory or turnkey installations at customer sites, workshops or factories.
- As the component option.
Bayursan can give the crane in component or in kit option. The component option provides the crane without the structural cross girder(s). In this way customers get completely fabricated, wired, tested and painted crane sub-assemblies end trucks, trolley, electrification, hoist and controls.
By assembling the crane your self. The customers can utilize their own ability to do some assembly work in order to reduce the cost dramatically. This option will require some basic welding experience, but no need of crane experience.
- As the kit option.
The kit option save customers even more money when doing more of the work. Here they get the end trucks and trolley in parts form wheels, axles, bearings, gear boxes, motors etc.
Bayursan provide all machined parts, all control panels fully wired, and all purchased components, except common structural steel shapes. You do need experience in simple assembly. This means, customer will need the ability to cut, burn, drill and weld of steel construction.
Bayursan in both cases, provides complete drawings, detailed instructions, and telephone support to make work easier. In this ways customers save a lot money and get quite robust great crane.
 
Installation Options (saving money up to 25%):
- Turnkey Installation.
On experienced technical staff does everything having the tools and capabilities that make the job completely hassle free.
- Customers Provide Some Equipment.
When the customer provides the necessary welding apparatus, forklifts, manlifts, and/or scaffolding, then can save money by letting Bayursan "barrow" the equipment. The assembly of the crane will be finished with the specialized tools that technical staff brought.
- Bayursan Provides Supervisor.
Bayursan provides a working technical supervisor, who brings only the specialized tools needed. He works alongside the customers employees, directing them as his helpers to install the crane. There is no sitting on the sideline. Bayursan takes complete charge of the process and ensures a perfect installation.
- Review and start up service.
The crane is completely assambled by customer. Then Bayursan installation specialist called to evaluate and make sure that the crane operates safely, reliably, and meet all codes.
Prior to Start Up:
Bayursan makes tuning the crane for peek operating efficiency;
- Conducting operator training
- Instructing on basic maintenance procedures.
- Giving all necessary documents, such as instruction manual, service manual, spare part list , certificate of guarantee...
After Selling
Service, inspection and maintenance is the last step of a crane purchasing. Thus, Bayursan has a team consisting of electrical and mechanical authorised supervisory technicians with it's service vehicles. (...)
